This is the best juice on the market by far.
I've been a loyal customer for 4 yrs with these guys! It's the only juice I use or like, but...... I placed an order on Jun 5th still nothing.... then I placed a big order in the 12th pay days, to stock up until I could find another company I like and nothing still!!! It's the 28th!!!! I'm beyond angry at this point I've sent several emails and only once got an answer saying they would check into it.. that was a week ago! I'm praying ill get my juice and so disgusted that this company would do this to anyone! I'm sure I've spent thousands in 4 years I'm a heavy vapor so I go through juice!! For a company that was so great with customer service and AMAZING juice these last 6 months have gone down hill, but I figured so many people are going through a hard time I'll be patient!!! But really guys take my hard earned money no juice in almost a month😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I hope I get my juice ASAP or my money back ASAP!!! If anything changes I'll update this, but I wouldn't order if I where you!!!! So disappointed!!!!!!
I used to love ordering from this place. The juice was great customer service was great and then it was like a complete change. I placed an order on June 5th they took my money out right away and to this day which is June 28th I still do have my stuff . Judging by my account info its still processing?? Pandemic or not it should not take this long. I have ordered from many other companies during this pandemic and its been nothing like this. They at least used to answer your questions fairly quickly if you emailed . Now I have to send like 5 before I get any kind of reply. I see why they are going out of business. I found another place to order from the juice is great and within 3 days I have my items and that is with regular shipping.
Received a partial shipment, yet the website says the order is complete. Sent message to customer service, no response. 7/7/20 Update: Still no contact from their customer service area, but they are continuing to send me missing items from my order. My order is still not complete (order was placed on 5/30/2020), missing $33 worth of product.
Still waiting for my other 2 bottles !!!

Quality product! However, if insufficient stock is on hand when a product is ordered, I’m not fond of making full payment and then waiting for over a month to hear anything. The pandemic being what it is; communication with your customers is key.

Never recieved the zeus juice. Had to wait for an email to say it was in stock. Then when I placed my order I paid more for faster delivery. Then after 3 days I got sent an email every day saying there has been an issue and my juice will be delivered the next day. I waited patiently but after 5 of these I'd had enough and contacted them. All they did was refund me. They didnt tell me if and when my juice would arrive. So I suspect they never sent it in the first place. I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund so that I can buy from another company. This has really put me off using this company ever again.
Juice is great BUT Still missing MANY items - was told by Tabitha that some should have already gone out (on March 12th). Do not buy until they change the ingredients. The flavor is amazing but this Zeus's brand all of them burn up coils fast. Out of the $100 I spent I throw away $95 dollas away. They burn my expense coils up after one tank.....if you dont believe me try vaping one full tank and look at your coils. I guarantee the coils would burnt up and have a burnt taste......I tried other brands like naked juice brand and my coils would last 1 to 2 weeks befor needed to be change out....new coils for both test. Do not buy or you will be changing out cotton coils all the time...waste of $$$$$$$$
I've been ordering from the company since 2013, so 7 years now. The past few years has been very schetchy with them. I don't know if they got new owners. But it'll definitely take 5 or more days till your order actually ship. One time my credit card information even got used/stolen to order food from restaurants around where they are located (Florida). Could not get a hold of anyone to ask about what could have happen. Their juices are good. Just saying order from them at your own risk.
It's been awhile since I've purchased Zeus ejuice but they're one of my favs. Not cheap but it's a treat. That being said their shipping used to be top notch... I ordered 3 day USPS shipping on Feb 26 and it just shipped Mar 6. Sent several messages through their website and email support but never got a reply. Literally was going to go to the bank to dispute the charge but it shipped finally. When I finally receive the order only one item I ordered is there and a note saying "will ship asap" with a circle around the second half of my order. Asap??? When??? In another two weeks? Never? I will NEVER EVER ORDER again. No customer service at all. What's a person supposed to think when they never receive an order confirmation or shipping info plus paid a premium for 3 day shipping and then don't even get their full order. I was scammed. This is not how you do business. DO NOT ORDER FROM ZEUS EJUICE ONLINE!
I put in an order December 8th and paid the $8.50 shipping. I got 1 juice, and only I literally mean 1, out of the 3 bottles of juice with a note saying it was going to be a couple weeks to get the other 2 juice. I got one 3 weeks later, and one in January. So I thought in February I give them another chance, and I really got screwed this time. I paid $65 in juice with the again the $8.50 shipping. They took the money out of my account February 7th and I have yet to talk to anybody they're not answering my emails, they're not answering on their little contact us form, NOTHING. So for 10 days now, I've sat here trying to get a hold of them the phone number isn't correct and if anybody on here has an idea to get ahold of this company I would really appreciate it.
