Jan 23,2020Placed my order on 1/17/20 and paid extra for 1/18/20 delivery. No delivery. No email response - can't get anyone on the phone. They took the payment immediately from my card.... so where is the product?

Jan 05,2020My first order had no issues and i was mostly happy with my purchases. One of the juices was chokingly throaty, but the others were spot on for flavor. So i ordered about $100 worth of the flavors i really liked for my second order on Nov 6th. After 3 weeks, and 2 emails, i finally received a box...with ONE of the 8 bottles i should have received and a BUNCH of packing peanuts. I sent emails asking for tracking info,and why only 1 bottle? I got 2 incomplete responses, a credit for the zeus bucks i had used on the order and was told theyd also be sending a replacement for the extra throaty juice. Weeks have passed and I have since sent multiple emails that have gone unanswered (like 1 per week for 6 weeks now). Finally 2 weeks ago i received tracking info. I got my box with 5 more bottles, a packing slip that said theyd send out the last 2 bottles asap. I sent another email. Still no response. "Tabatha" doesnt seem able to keep up with timely, complete, or reasonable responses. I have ZERO confidence I'll ever get the bottles i PAID for let alone the additional ones i was promised.

I PLACED MY ORDER ON 11/3/19 AND SINCE THE 11/5/19 ITS BEEN SAYING ""PROCESSED"". IF THERE IS AN ISSUE, CREDIT MY FULL AMOUNT AND I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON !!!!!!

Jun 12,2019I used to smoke a pack or more cigarettes everyday, and had been a smoker for decades. My sister introduced me to vaping, first with the cartridges. I was able to totally put down my cigs after about 3-6 months. Unbelievable for me!! I eventually switched to more power with the Cloud Beast...basically because she bought me one! Finding the right flavor was a challenge, until i found Zeus Ejuice, and have been purchasing monthly from them for almost 4 years. I love their Strawberries and Cream! The taste is very consistent, their discounts and coupons are great, and they always process and ship quickly. Love the Customer Service people too! All around awesome products, and definitely recommend!

Placed and order with new address and when order history came up shows old address. I immediately messaged them to make sure it is shipped to new address. No answer. No response. Unfortunately no phone number to call. I messaged 3 times with no response. Now the order has shipped and probably going to old address. Poor customer service.
