Nov 14,2024I received my glasses. They're beautiful! Thank you! I love the grey frames. They're beautiful and very nice quality. The lenses are perfect! The purple pair with the purple lenses are gorgeous! There was a little hickup. I received the grey glasses in light pink frames by mistake. But thank you for correcting the error so quickly. I wasn't expecting to receive the grey glasses yesterday and it was a happy surprise. Thank you so much!

Nov 07,2024My experience was great. I have purchased now (technically) 6 pairs from Zinff. I made a mistake in my last order and they took care of me. Love this company and the customer service is superb. Love being able to see and be comfortable in what I wear.

Oct 08,2024I had experienced a lot of issues one was 100% my mistake yet they still helped and resolved the issue. I then had another issue pertaining to delivery, another problem that wasn’t their fault once again and they still resolved my problem and gave me my order TWICE! This is rare to find these days!!

Sep 25,2024I wanted to wait a whole year to leave this review, so I am sharing my experience of a whole year. At first I had doubts, but my glasses arrived in a short time and the quality has been excellent, adding to that the design that people always tell me is very nice. In short, one year using my Zinff glasses and I do not regret my purchase, they are very reliable, honest and responsible.

Jun 13,2024Although the glasses are inexpensive, they are also poor quality. I purchased a pair of the Candice and the arms are already floppy. I am unable to tighten them because the screws are already stripped out. Also their “try-on” function is glitchy and doesn’t work well. The customer service phone number listed is non-operational so you have to use the chat/email function to reach customer service. Save your money. Shop elsewhere.

As if that wasn’t enough, their sale and discount offers are a Absolute FAV 🥳. They even offer great options if for whatever reason your not happy with your order.. May 29,2024They’re good glasses definitely big glasses they don’t really show the photochrome effect like you can barely tell they are photochromic and I thought it would block like the sun yk but it doesn’t really do that or at least the glasses I choose which was the Esther photochromic and anti blue light glasses this is my first day with them so we’ll see how it goes

Mar 02,2024I ordered a pair of glasses in June of 2023 and love them but they formed a crack in the left arm so I contacted them and they sent me a code for a new pair. I am beyond happy at this point.

May 28,2023I am so happy I decided to try this company and order my first pair of glasses. I am on my fourth order as I am completely in love with the frame choices and outstanding customer service. When I have had questions, the chat feature has been extremely helpful in getting the needed answers. I recently had an issue with an order ( no fault of the company) I was stunned at how they went out of their way to correct my issue. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Got all the frames in safe little boxes I can store them, with instructions on how to take care of them, fix them if they feel loose, properly clean them and everything! I love that they care so much about the costumer satisfaction ❤️❤️ I had a slight personal issue with one of my frames and no problem, they were right there for me to help solve it ❤️ Overall Amazing service! Amazing Frames, Amazing quality!✨✨ I've had glasses for 10+ years and I am never shopping at another glasses store again 🤣❤️

Feb 05,2025I placed an order for glasses on 19 January 2025, with a production time of 5-7 days, for a total of $129. I reached out via LiveChat on 24 January requesting an update. I receive a response from Tina within a couple of hours saying I would have a tracking number within 48hrs. On 28 January, I followed up with a request for an update on my glasses. No response. On 29 January, I sent another request for update. No response via LiveChat. I sent an email to the service@zinff email address. I received an out of office message saying they would return on 3 February. On 3 February, I sent another request both via LiveChat and via email. No response. I sent another message on 4 February requesting cancellation with full refund due to their lack of response. I have yet to receive a response. If I have no response by 5 February, I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback due to suspicion of fraud and lack of communication. Feb 16, 2025 Update: glasses received and are just fantastic. The company was extremely responsive after the apparent holiday. Lesson learned: if you need new glasses in a “short” timeframe - do not order during the Chinese Public Holiday.
