My glasses broke and I was able to send pictures of them in the chat (very uncommon to have access to that feature with any customer service live chats) and it was just amazing. I am beyond words. Thank you SO much Gen, and Zinff. GIVE GEN A RAISE!!!

Feb 22,2023The company makes very well sturdy glasses that do the job perfectly. I sadly got a pair that didn't quite fit, so they gave me an instant credit to be used on the site immediately. I was able to reorder another pair of sunglasses that should fit better this time. The person I chatted with was professional and got straight to the point on how to fix the matter. I only had to pay for shipping and couldn't combine the code with any other code (understandably so); in the end, I was 100% satisfied. I will order my future pairs of glasses from here!

Dec 28,2022Ordering was very easy, there was many helpful tips and the quality of my glasses were great. Although they did break within 30 days, they are very stunning and functional for sunny weather. I was able to receive help from Isabelle, her service was great and she was very helpful as well.
