Nov 24,2020Order No: 1044978479. I have to say, another amazing service and delivery of glasses. I fell in love with 2 pairs of sunglasses frames but I don't often wear sunglasses. So I contacted customer services via email and asked if they can make it the two frames I liked as normal prescription glasses? They replied back and said they can, all I had to do was choose 2 frames of similar prices from a link they sent me and check out by leaving a small note to exchange the frames to the ones I requested. Then follow up with customer services. This parcel took a little longer than usual to get to me, it was shipped on the 11th Nov and reached me today 24th Nov. This time it took 2 weeks to arrive. Before it took just a week. The quality is amazing and I'm in so much love with my new glasses. I'm starting a collection of Zinff glasses...

Nov 21,2020I love my glasses! I got the demeter frames with thr bright blue and pink and I love them! Love the colors and love how they fit my face. Also love how you can virtually "try on" thr glasses before you buy. Also there are so many add ons you can choose from!

Nov 21,2020I was so in lovewith the glasses I ordered, payed $200 to get my prescription lenses put in them (progressive lenses). The plastic that is on the legs of the glasses rest on my ears so sweat gets in the end parts and it rusts and discolors. I am constantly cleaning them, trying to figure out how to keep the clean but the quality is so horrible that it does not clean, it just rusts and is now discolored. Same thing with the nose pads. They get green and dirty no matter how much I clean and disinfect them. Poor quality. Do not recommend.

Nov 21,2020I ordered my glasses with the wrong prescription the first time, but their customer service was excellent. I use the glasses daily and they're incredibly comfortable and they look good. Would definitely order from them again!
