Jun 19,2021They were just awesome. This is my second order from them. Last time I ordered they were good. No issues at all. I’m a bit rough on glasses so after about two years I had to order more. I always end up breaking the sides off somehow. These Zinff glasses had lasted longer than any of my previous pairs ever have! Normally my glasses end up being around $250 or more at the eye doctor and they last half as long and they don’t have all the added lense features. And aren’t as cute lol. Basically I was super excited to get some new ones. I got some new ones and one pair was perfect (it was the geometric clear ones) and the other pair (Albert I think the name was) was missing a screw. I emailed their customer service team super nervous because I had to leave in a week and I really needed my glasses to both be working well. The screw missing wasn’t destroying the glasses but it was making it where I needed to use tape to hold the top bit on. I sent photos of what they looked like and explained my concerns and they sent me a new frame. The black color was out of stock so they had to send another but I actually think I like the blue pair they sent better. I paid for fast shipping (around $13 I believe?) but I didn’t have to. I just did it so they’d be here in time for my trip. The package came in 2-3 days and I’m all the way in the states. I’m SO happy with my service and have recommended many more people to buy their glasses. My mother and my two cousins have both bought from them in the past because I recommended them and my mother plans to do so again in a couple days. I can’t think of anything bad to say about the glasses. I really think the screw thing was just a fluke from it not being fully tightened before it was shipped or something because it had never happened to me or my family in the past and they were so kind and fixed it immediately and responded very quickly. I won’t shop anywhere else again!

May 23,2021I received the opportunity to try out the Zniff Optical services in exchange for a honest review on my Youtube Channel. I accepted because it seemed like the perfect chance to try an online glasses service in a risk free way and I really needed the glasses. Admittedly, I have always been nervous to order glasses online because I have such a high prescription. I am happy to report that it was a very positive and straightforward experience. If I order glasses again online, I would definitely go with this company. The frame selection was great and it was easy to sort by style and color to narrow down the choices. The website provided clear instructions on how to submit my prescription numbers and the resulting glasses provide me with clear and concise sight. I was very happy that they were able to provide thinner lenses so that my glasses wouldn't be thick or heavy. I was happy with the customer support that I received, which ensured that I didn't make a mistake on my order. In terms of shipping, it took approximately four weeks (but I do live in a small Canadian town). This ship time was actually quite comparable to the wait time that I experienced I when ordering from my local optometry office. I received two different pairs and really enjoy them both. It's very nice to have two options for first time in my glasses wearing life. I look forward to showing off my glasses to friends & family in the coming weeks. May 17,2021I discovered this brand recently when I was shopping for my eyeglasses..OMG I felt like I hit a big jackpot 😀I ordered three pairs guys they're awesome..they have different styles, colors frames based on your own style, super comfortable and stylish. Super affordable the quality if you like me who misplacing my eyeglasses often ..then you need more than one pairs since it's cost effective...

May 06,2021UPDATE: After reaching out on FB again, I was able to get a response with a tracking number. I got my glasses and I am absolutely in love with them!!!!!! I was trying to find a replacement for the Warby Parker Holcomb glasses since they have been out of production but the Zinff Palm is even better for an incredible price. I got the extra with the thin frames and they are so beautiful and weightless on my face. This is life-changing!!! The products are amazing. I still left one star off for the hiccup described below but definitely will purchase my glasses from Zinff again (please don't ever take the Palm out of stock - I bought two but I hope I can wear this style for life) -- It's been over 7 business days and my glasses have yet to be shipped. I ordered them on April 22nd. I have emailed, left support a message, FB messaged, no responses. I call multiple times between their support hours of 8pm-5am EST and I get a busy tone and auto hung up. I'm worried that this is a scam site. Has anyone had any luck connecting to a support agent?
