Jun 10,2024Cant fault ZoomDoc at all. Really quick and fast service for a certificate of health. However, what does cause an issue is the fact the NHS have to be involved (medical history) and this maybe wasnt quite as clear as it should be online. Used this service as a faster “private” option but still had to deal with the GP?

Jun 04,2024After both GP and midwife saying they weren’t allowed to supply fit to fly letters and having our honeymoon already booked before we knew we’d be pregnant I was very concerned about travelling as I’d be 26 weeks outbound but 28 upon return which is an issue for some airlines, especially on return flights. Zoom doc was recommended to me by a family member and the service was professional, thorough and very user friendly with additional guidance on safety precautions when flying pregnant which provided additional comfort! The turnaround time was incredibly swift - an hour or so after submitting all the requested information I had received my letter with all flight details included. Seamless service and would absolutely use again. Thank you zoom doc!

Jun 13,2024Had trouble getting a medical letter for a travel insurance claim from my GP, lots of time wasted for such a simple task. I then found ZoomDoc, the process of submitting everything to ZoomDoc was straightforward and a signed letter was received within hours of them receiving the information. This has been accepted for the claim to be processed, great service which saved a lot of stress having to continuously chase GP.
