Jan 25,2024Responded to all communications really quickly, top marks for that. However, the work flow on the site is pretty confusing. Eg, asked if I want an account, answer yes, next screen wants me to log in but I haven't got an account yet so I can't. They do mail you a link, but don't tell you. Also, some screens don't seem to have a log out option so I had to complete my stuff in my wife's account. Found the log off eventually. Just pretty poor

Jan 24,2024Liked the idea of having it handled online and having the online support when I encountered a problem with uploading documents. Did not like having to pay upfront without knowing what documents will be required and the video was difficult to upload. All in all it worked out in the end.

Jan 23,2024I've tried two other online docs recently and have been disappointed. ZoomDoc seems trustworthy to me because the are asking for the correct medical information. Turnaround time for my pregnancy fit to fly letter was crazy short and all the paperwork looks to be in good order. Definitely recommend them.

I'm actually editing this review which was done previously as I had to go back to zoomdoc with further documentation to be signed for my insurance claim. All I can say is they were exceptional in everyway I cannot rate these guys highly enough so quick to respond and help me in what was a very stressful time AMAZING.

Jan 21,2024I was floundering, struggling to provide a medical certificate for my Thailand Visa. I had tried an alternative company and even a letter from my GP, both were rejected. I had one day left before I was due to depart, so thought I had nothing to lose calling ZoomDoc. The reception was polite patient and informative throughout, following a brief examination over vidio and the information required, sent over to them, the team at Zoomdoc knowing the urgency issued my health certificate immediately, I was able to upload the document and my visa request was approved… I was so happy Thank you zoomdoc

Jan 26,2024Very easy to apply for the medical certificate. Customer service are always on hand to assist. My employer required a stamp signature and the dates to and from and each time I went back to zoom doc they were more than happy to help. It covered my time off from work and gave me time to relax and recover. They made being ill a non stressful time. Would like to say a special thankyou to Olivia who helped me with most of my queries.
