Jan 18,2024Insurance company wouldn't accept this letter as had to be from my Dr instead. When told, it was too late to get a Dr's letter so didn't manage to claim anything back at all which was a very expensive pain. In response to you, I did reach out to you two days ago and had a 'sorry to hear that' response. People need to know your paid for products are not guaranteed.

Jan 19,2024Excellent I could not fly and initially was advised this was not an issue by the airline. I was mis advised but ZoomDoc sorted me out. I’ve got bad osteoarthritis in a knee and hurt it before travelling to the airport. Thus couldn’t fly/risk travelling. A lot of painkillers and ice brought it down and the certificate verification allowed me to rebook my flight until well after my knee has been healed.
