Hayley did amazing job to schedule in prompt time that we can read and discuss the findings with Tony (inspector). We received an extensive written report and verbal communication with Tony to highlight some of the findings. Definitely reliable and great people to do bussiness with while we are in the US. Thanks!

Jan 22,2025I was deliberately looking for an experienced local surveyor to check a property for me and Tony is exactly that. Communication was prompt and detailed. He went above and beyond to gather information on the property, including hard to see/reach places. He was generous with time to provide initial feedback and then to answer questions. Highly recommend. We ended up not purchasing the property due to faults that were uncovered as part of the survey and I am extremely grateful we caught them early. I will be both recommending and using 3counties again for future commissions.

The team was friendly and responsive, always prompt with their emails, which I truly appreciated. Tony and his colleagues provided a thorough and clear report with practical advice, and I found their common-sense approach to be very refreshing. Tony even called me immediately after the survey to discuss key highlights, a gesture I greatly valued. The process was smooth, with effective communication throughout. Although it took a while to schedule the survey due to their high demand, it was worth the wait. Overall, a solid performance that I would rate 4 stars!

Nov 29,20243 Counties Surveying Ltd undertook two surveys for us. Each time the communication was very helpful with quick responses to our e-mails. The first survey saved us thousands of £££ that would have been spent solving a significant damp issue, so that was money well spent. Fortunately the second survey was less dramatic and gave us the confidence to proceed with the purchase. After both surveys we had a conversation with the surveyors who gave a useful summary of their findings. The reports were detailed yet easy to understand and were sent promptly. We definitely recommend 3 Counties Surveying
