May 12,2018Final updated review: Great customer service. My crystal was remade with the background and shipped to me in the most expedient manner - within 1 business day after it was made. All in all, I plan on purchasing more crystals from them for my other photos. An update to my previous review - which was inaccurate - because I did receive responses albeit in my bulk email inbox. The representative also offered to remake my crystal based on the fact that the background image was not included. Great customer service thus far. I will update my "stars" upon receipt of the remake - crossing my fingers. Previous review: No customer service, whatsoever. It's been days and I've still not received any kind of response.

May 08,2018Came out better then I anticipated. They were even able to fix a blurry spot in the image where the babies hand was a little fuzzy, it was small and not very noticeable and I was OK with that, but they managed to clean it up and remove any of the fuzziness, that I did notice!

May 15,2018I was a little concerned about ordering because the preview on the website wasn't a good indication of the product that would arrive, but I had heard good reviews so I went ahead and uploaded and ordered. The final product was absolutely beautiful! The shipping was really quick too. I ordered on a Tuesday and received it on Friday. Great job! Very satisfied. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
