Mar 20,2018The item didn't look nearly as nice as the ones on their website. I was pretty disappointed for what I got for the price. I was set to purchase several more as my brothers also lost pets recently, but I don't think I'll go through 3D Innovation for them. I have a similar acrylic version of this for about 10% of the cost. I don't think the glass one I now have is worth 10X the price.

Mar 18,2018Fast shipment. I used a vey old/flawed photo for my product. I was worried some of the aging and creases would show up in my cube. They did not— everything exceeded expectations.

Mar 16,2018I saw one of 3D’s finished product at a friends home in NJ. When I got home to FL I went online to see if there was a store near me...2hrs away. So I called the NY office and the girls at the main office walked me thru the process. I love the results and hope my daughter in law loves it as much. It was a gift for her.
