I couldnt be happier. I bought the 3d heart for valentines day and my girl absolutely loved it! She stares at the heart glowing on its stand at night and sees our image soothing in the dark. She still comments on it before sleep to this day! I myself think its pretty ok, but not exactly as i pictured it. But even still, cant deny the craftmanship.

They were helpful in assisting me to create my ideal design and confirmed exactly when I would have it by too. There were great to work with, and best of all it looks beautiful. So far I have worked with them twice and both times has been an A+, there is no one better.

I was disappointed in the conversion to 3D from 2D. It was very shallow in depth and really didn't add to the beauty of the crystal piece. I feel like I wasted my money in buying that add-on.
