Revised review: After a problematic first round, Adam followed up and walked me through the process for a second time, assuring me that customer service was paramount at 3-D Innovation. He then went about proving that theory by smoothing the way toward a superior product, giving me full design authority, complete with suggestions, excellent follow through and communication. This is a company that prides itself on creating happy clients, and they've made a real believer out of me. Thanks Adam!

The product I received was excellent. The company made a 3D reproduction of one of my niece's wedding pictures which I gave to her and her husband as a Christmas gift. I loved fact that the gift was so unusual and will be treasured by them for years to come. I also received the product only a few days after ordering. It came in a beautifully padded gift box. I am strongly considering purchasing another 3D Innovation product for my own home, just need to decide which picture to use. Also, the company gave me a discount on my purchase, which is always good. I have already recommended them to others.

Love love love this gift for my Mom. When ordering, I asked for online chat help and received so much help as to what the best size and style for my picture. I even received help with uploading it. Everything was shipped quick, and it's my Mom's favorite gift ever!!

I'm beyond happy with the recent keychain I ordered with a photo of my son whom passed away very suddenly. I plan to order more but have to wait till I save money to buy it. Thank you very much for doing such a wonderful job. ♥️

The site to place order was easy to navigate and upload photo. It was mailed to the recipient and they loved it. Would definitely prefer again.

Actually I give Adam G 10 stars! He was awesome! He was so helpful and advised me on the quality of the picture was not good and I was able to get a better one. The keychain was a gift to my supervisor who lost her beloved Golden at 5 years old. She absolutely loved it. She gives you 5 stars also. I love it so much I am going to get one made for me of my Golden for my birthday. I will ask for Adam.

The gift of LOVE, perfect for special occasion. I purchased two one for my boyfriend and one for a "like" a dad figure in my life who I know appreciated this more than ever. Someone captured a silhouette of him and his grandson at his Christmas play and I wanted him to have this in 3D, beautifully done, stunning with platform lit up. Also my boyfriend has his cube posted on his desk for all to see, he absolutely adores her. Melts my heart. I highly recommend for all to try and purchase for friends and family. Pretty cool product and overall good service. My one disappointment was after the transaction at a Mall kiosk the sales receipt had no tracking number to check on my order and delivery tracking information (I had it shipped to my home). I was able to obtain the information after using there web sites chat.
