I ordered 4 35x12.5x17 falken wild peak MTs to be fitted to my vehicle. The initial payment and booking made okay through the website. I got a call the day after advising my preferred fitter didn’t have the space to fit the tyres on my chosen day could I reschedule. Unfortunately due to work I could not do this so I was offered to find another local fitter. Later that day I received an email offering me an appointment at Just tyres Wakefield at a time that suited ….. great that works. On the day of my appointment I arrived with 45 mins to spare and waited in the waiting area for the chap running the shop. He was quite busy but when he eventually acknowledged me after 20 mins he told me “we have a problem I can’t fit them here , I told them I don’t have a cheater” . At this point it’s 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon so I guess that the chap wants to have his dinner with his girlfriend who’s sat in the waiting area. Clearly didn’t want to attempt to fit my tyres and told me I’d have to get them fitted elsewhere. As you can imagine at this time on a Saturday time is limited so I could not find many places open. My only option was a tyre fitter 26 miles away in Bradford. I had to load tyres 2 at a time in my car and do over a 100 mile round trip to get my tyres to somewhere that would fit them………. At a cost of £100!!! After all this I contacted 4x4 tyres and made a complaint . Initially they handled this really well and offered me a refund of my fitting costs I had paid plus the additional cost. This I felt was fair and allowed them the opportunity to put the money back in my account. I am now over a month since I had a confirmation email and guess what ……no money!!! Beware of these guys and don’t trust getting what you pay for.

Ordered tyres were to be delivered by the Friday after never got them till the following Tuesday turns out my mistake they were wrong size phoned and was told they'd get the ball rolling to get them collected this was a week ago and they keep fobbing me off with DX will call you I've waited nearly a week on a call from courier for collection this place have no intention of collecting these tyres as I've phoned for a week solid and got nowhere

Great tires. Ordered the Falken Wildpeak AT3WAs in 265/70r17 for Toyota 4Runner. Arrived at my house on the promised day, had them fitted at my local shop and i am very impressed with the quality. So far they are much better than the stock Dunlops that it originally came with.
