Oct 08,2024Placed the order for a set of 4 tyres for Saturday delivery and confirmed this with them only for Saturday to get here and a knock at the door with a delivery man who had brought me 3 tyres YES 3 tyres!! Contacted them and was told they would look into it and would ring me back. Guess what ( No call back ) phoned again Monday and was told delivery had been separated and sent to the wrong place and wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday. Ordered non white lettering and received white lettering only to be told just face the lettering inside and there not directional. Said they would refund the postage cost for the trouble.

Email communication on expected day of delivery following no sign of tyres contacted and advised that they will arrive Monday. No response to further follow up poor for a business when 4x4s are need to be operational.
