Jan 13,2022I already had experience with driving but had to touch up my driving. I applied for 5days and was nervous on my first day. But once I was in the car and talking to my instructor Raf he made me feel comfortable and explained everything I needed to know in a way that benefited me personally. You really couldn’t ask for a better driving instructor.

Jan 03,2022I'm pleased to say my experience with 5day was really good, I attended my course at Birmingham Sutton Coldfield. I'm happy to say my driving instructor Raf/Rafiq taught me how to drive safe an for my driving to be test ready in the time he had. Before attending the course I had no previous driving experience. I couldn't of asked for a better experience as today I passed my driving test thanks to 5 day providing me with one of the best driving instructors.

Jan 03,2022I found the instructor Shabana Majid who my daughter had during her course in Leeds to be a wonderful instructor. My daughter came on loads during her lessons and found her very pleasant and easy. I would definitely personally recommend her. However there were other aspects of the 5day course that weren’t as pleasing. The customer service team at 5day I found to be quite rude and unhelpful at times. I find that this is the main aspect of 5day that is letting them down. However, the instructor and theory aspects of the course really benefitted my daughter resulting in her passing first time.

Dec 31,2021I have been waiting 5 months for a test- definitely not 75% faster than the U.K. average as stated. I have also just received a text stating that I must pay an extra extra £13.00 on top of the £65 already paid for booking because they found a Saturday slot which is extra. Considering that I have already paid the £1100 for the course, £65 for a test, waiting for an extremely long time for a test.. do you really think I’m going to pay an extra £13.00 for a Saturday test without being consulted first???? I am extremely disappointed and at this point in disbelief

Dec 27,2021Poor poor communication, would not recommend to anyone , rude staff and not a clue between them . Left my son in the building all day on his own because they were short staffed and days just doing theory as no cars . Absolute joke

Dec 26,2021I did this crash course November 2020. Suffice to say they completely mislead us all. It’s not beginner friendly at all! The instructor shouted at me the entire time and wouldn’t let me ask any questions. Wasn’t helpful kind or supportive just kept shouting things and was trying to rush through a script. At one point asked me if there was something wrong with me! I was nervous because he kept shouting and I have anxiety, he should not be a instructor if he gives no support and is not actually allowing me to ask any questions. If you’re a beginner do NOT do this course it will leave you traumatised. It put me off trying again for a whole year! I’ve found a new instructor and he’s lovely and I’m ready for my test within 10lessons. Which made me realise what a con that 5day course was. Definitely not for beginners also no test at end. Just theory which they give you a iPad to do in a room that you could easily do at home. Over priced doesn’t give what’s implied and my instructor was horrific.

Dec 24,2021It’s all well and good doing this “5 day pass” but remember not to get ill in this global pandemic, I have never felt so violated in my life, I fallen ill and missed 2 days because of vomiting blood, in this I missed “2 days of theory training” and took my test and failed because of the 2 days missed, but remember they offer more “theory training for free” but I have to book and pay for my self again. The theory training doesn’t even include a method of how to teach you, it’s a man pointing at a tv screen, Please people, save your money and go to a different place, would never ever recommend this place, really a disgrace. This is the Manchester based branch, and I have previously called, you clearly stated that if I have covid it would of tested positive ????? So if I’m vomiting it’s safe to do drive at a wheel but if I have covid “I’m covered”, so I come in with this bug and spread it???? What’s the difference between covid and a sickness bug, it’s a global pandemic, surely you should have something in place for this type of thing. Especially if I’m spending £1300, you don’t care about other people, you just want money and that’s your main concern, why does it matter if I have covid or vomiting blood, you should have something in place, you don’t treat people like that, and you can clearly say, “it states here” but it doesn’t stop me voicing my opinion, I don’t want anyone else to have the experience I have, because it’s so easy to happen, most of these students will have to pass transport, busses, trams, trains, it’s so easy to happen and you get no help after, think very carefully before agreeing to this. Ok well my opinion, is don’t get sucked into this, and why would I want to back to do “free theory training” it’s sitting in a class room watching a man point at a tv screen on a slide show, my opinion is simple, don’t go to this place, because your clearly not decent human beigns, free training? It’s just as easy to get app and go through it your self, it’s looking at a tv screen, no structure, no method, in my opinion, this place is trash and trash human beings, and even if I did go for more theory training, I’m still having to pay for both the theory and practical test my self after £1300 already being spent, ok, so I attend the center, vomiting, and yes ok, I will go and sit in a car behind a wheel and spread my germs to the instructor and be sick behind the wheel, you think this would be a safe thing to do? If I’m dizzy, yes ok, let’s get behind the wheel of a car and mix with other pupils in a class room, you guys don’t even have masks provided or hand gel, the instructor provides this, but the center doesn’t even have, and yes if I could of attended the 2 days I missed it would of maybe made a difference, but I couldn’t attend and it wouldn’t be safe to do this when dizzy and vomiting blood, this would put more people’s lives at risks, I just pray to god there is no young mums who catch a sickness bug from their child and have to miss a day, because you will never get that back

Dec 18,2021Finished the course and passed the theory first time. Couldn't recommend this course enough if you want to fast track your progress, it does work. If you land raf at the Birmingham branch, you're all set.

Dec 18,2021Great course, would a million times recommend. Everyone was amazing. Mark was very thorough in the briefs and theory lessons and Anna, my instructor, was fantastic. I don’t think I would’ve passed first time without 5day!!!

Dec 17,2021I did a 5 day course in Norwich with an instructor called Bob. Really enjoyed my 5 days with him. Pushed me hard which is always good as there is much you need to be aware of. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor who was also genuine and an all round good guy. Passed my driving test at 2nd attempt and Bob is always prepared to help you on weekends if you need further tuition. Highly recommended!

Dec 11,2021I had a course booked with the Norwich branch last year. The theory test is simply the use of an app you can download on your phone for £5 and the practical lessons are unprofessional and incorrect. I don’t know about all the instructors but mine only teaches you one way to park which is not the easiest way, they don’t teach you how to correctly exit the duel carriageway and the driving instructor told me to drive down the middle of a two way country road because she didn’t want her car to get dirty. To add to this my instructor didn’t turn up to my first test because she didn’t set an alarm and she was late to the second. When I brought my complaints up with 5day they called me a liar and never resolved the issue. They are dangerous and should be banned.

Dec 10,2021I paid for my crash course in september and had my course booked for october. It has been cancled 4 times. And still have no idea when i am taking it and if it will even happen. I am very unhappy with my experiance and have now asked to speak to a manager as this is just stupid.

Dec 10,2021Norwich location. Learned so much with Donnie this week - I have developmental dyspraxia and ADHD & he was patient and great at instructing me. At the end of the week, I still need a couple of lessons to be ready for test, but feel that I have learned a great deal and built my confidence up greatly. Greg & Pwi-Ha gave us some wonderful classroom training, and I passed my theory test at the end of the week, despite going in on Monday not having done any studying for the theory test at all!

Jan 14,2022Manchester branch. Instructor- Andy Towse Theory teacher - Alan I started the course Monday morning never been behind the wheel before, absolutely petrified of driving. I am on day 4 now and this course is absolutely amazing!! My instructor is fantastic. He calm, understanding, patient and goes above to get you where you need to be. Ive gone from a petrified completely newbie to driving on motorway, long distance, reversing and parking in 4 days. I still need to learn more on certain things but I’m amazed at how far the 4 days has gotten me and I wouldn’t of done it without Andy, I’d of walked out by now. I’m excited to carry on and to see what my practical experience is like. Alan the theory teacher is the sweetest man ever and gives the classroom the best vibe and today I passed my theory first time trying 🎉 I was really scared about coming to the course after reading reviews recently and thought I’ve just wasted ton of money but I’m so glad I did this. Best experience ever! Worth every penny. Thank you !! X
