Jul 28,2014Recently ordered a t shirt which turned out to be too big. The whole telephone order was smooth and the operative was polite without being stuffy. I returned the t shirt using the enclosed label which was easy enough. But....with P&P my responsibility (they insist on a signed for service) it came to £5.40. They should provide a free post address to return otherwise it's not really worth the risk, but that's your call. The quality of the t shirt was top notch as were the folk I spoke to on the phone.
