Jun 07,2014I recently had to return some T-shirts ordered by my son that were too large for him. I called the shop and spoke to the most helpful and courteous young man who went out of his way to check stock and put the rigtht sizes on one side. The exchanges arrived the next day. Fantastic. I've recently had to deal with a company called Size which I gather is a competitor. However, they get nowhere near 5 Pointz for customer service. You can only communicate with the company via email - no telephone option - and I am still waiting for a refund for some shoes that were sent to my son in error at least a couple of months ago. Well done 5 Pointz and keep it up!

May 21,2014The product's colour was totally different from the image on the website. It was a sale item so I had to pay for the return postage and it has to arrive in 7 days, which make the postage very expensive considering the product was almost similar price with the cost of the postage.

All in all very good, I just wished you sold way more girls clothes :)

Jun 24,2014I had a brixton jacket which was damaged, after a month and a half of ownership i was worried i couldn't return it. I spoke to Tom at online sales which explained that due to damaged products by no fault of your own a full refund or exchange was possible. I have only just sent the coat off but have no worries on the outcome. A Big thank you to Tom!!!!, service was spot on and was easy as anything.. fantastic!
