We have been using 6G internet for a few months and has been great, we recent my had a issue which the system was down for 2 days but they soon got an engineer out as soon as possible, Nathan B arrived when said and he fixed the issue fast and even got us a faster speed, such a nice friend guy and a credit to the company thank you so much,

Don't even know where to start with this. Brand new system brought into blackpool so thought it would be the best in the business. Air fibre and guaranteed 100mb download speed seemed a no brainer. 2months of constant issues. Dropouts are probably minimum on the hour. promises to put right and never has been. Sometimes hours 4-5 or even 12+ in some cases. Had engineers out and been told its fixed remotely and never has been. Honestly steer well clear of it!!!

Constantly going off for hours at a time, with the worst customer support i have ever dealt with. This has been happening for months, been with them over a year now and had issues throughout the contract. I’ll give them credit on the fact that when it actually works it’s quite good, just not reliable especially if you work from home. Id never use them again or recommend.

We left 6G Internet over two years ago and ended our contract early after months of battling with them to end our contract as we were left without internet on a daily basis. Eventually after the battle of leaving we asked them to remove their equipment from our roof and was told it would be removed within 14 days. Two whole years have passed and it’s still on our roof despite repeating asking for them to remove their equipment from our property. 6g Internet is an absolute joke. Every time I go on live chat to speak with “customer service” they just read my messages and never respond. Stay clear of this company!

Been with them since end of August this year so far I am constantly on the phone trying to get this fixed . Was sold the top speed of 300 and not getting that at all . Constantly dropping out and connecting with no Internet. Had a engineer out 4 times and each time to be told I won't have any more issues last one to come out was Monday last week and a week later the same problem. Just keep getting fobbed of all the time . Have so far spent the last 2 days with no Internet. Children aren't happy as cant play games, watch TV etc . Don't bother with this company look elsewhere .

I would like to compliment Dario the 6G engineer. He came last Thursday to resolve an intermittent fault. He was very thorough, and checked every element of our installation. Replaced cables an router, checked the receiver and left us with a , hopefully reliable Internet. Well done Dario. I also had a follow-up call from Callum He also was very polite an reassuring. However on Saturday my service dropped down to 18mb & 7mb upload. I am convinced that the Transmitter on Sandy Lane is the fault.

One of the worst internet providers possible to say it nicely :). Im a gamer and this 6G does not have consistent internet goes away every 10 minutes and comes back for a few minutes constantly kicking mw out of games. Ruined many more days of gaming for me. If you are a gamer or you want consistent internet DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE. I use ethernet not wifi so you know and this has been ongoing since the installation also, once you get through the support team they call you liars and say you had internet when you clearly haven’t. Personally id smash the router up right now because of all the disruption it caused. The download speed is as promised but you’re better off with another provider as I wrote this review with mobile data. Edit: Just to add to this. After 2 weeks of ringing and 6G constantly postponing and dragging out the cancellation request, we have managed to terminate the contract. 6G have sent automated emails to cover their backs against legal action stating that there is internet and this matter is being looked into. After cancellation I rang customer service requesting them to sort out the internet as I had no internet all day and we also payed for that months internet, they replied by saying they cant fix it and basically meant we should deal with it since we cancelled. I personally don’t write reviews as I only have 2 on my account but this provider has pushed me to the point that I wrote this review so nobody gets shafted like we did. Overall i rate this provider a 0/10 as you're better off burning your money because you will get the same result. 0 internet router as a piñata and a typical scam service.

6G have a contract/arrangement with my landlord where I get their Wi-Fi free for a year. I’ve had it for 2/3 months now and I’ve had nothing but issues, I’ve consistently had to rely on my data and use that as a hotspot for the house. I’ve contacted them three times about this issue over the last 6 weeks and it still hasn’t been fixed. We were told that we could livestream using this internet but we can’t even open a simple webpage. On top of that, there is a charge on our account for absolutely no reason and even though they have admitted it shouldn’t be there, and that it would be removed, it’s still there a month later. Honestly I wouldn’t bother using this company. I’m actually debating cancelling it and paying for Wi-Fi elsewhere because what good is “free” Wi-Fi if it doesn’t work?

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company in my entire life. I suffer from severe Mental Health and am disabled. I had not had any service from 6G do wanted to cancel, rather than having the hard sell I just wrote an email. The said I was past the cooling off period, only because the said they would try to get me connected. After 3 weeks I gave up, returned the equipment and wrote another email. The still refused to cancel till I had spoken to someone. I have just received s 30 day cancellation notice and just can't let it affect my anxiety anymore. I have made a complaint to the Ombudsman and I hope they will make this company improve. I am happy to give you my details but have received no such request.
