Denzel tonight around 18.19 when our conversation started it got off on the wrong foot, this is because my internet has t been working since 18/01/24. I have rang many times about trying to sort this situation out. Denzel went above and beyond and got my family household up and running again after a week. I can’t give any more praise for him. He shouldn’t be on a phone he should be on the servicing side in a van, he knows what he’s doing. Thank you mate

Had a few issues recently with internet service which resulted in an Engineer visiting the house. Dario. Absolutely top bloke, very professional and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Checked everything and when he left full internet had been restored. Thanks so much Dario, you are legend!!
Internet goes down at least 3 times a day. When connected it works well but overall not good enough at all. FY4 area
I have been without broadband for about 10 days not . But having said that I understand these things can happen , spoken to a few customers care staff got any ware . Spoke to someone around 2pm great help told he would get an engineer to look at it and I should ring back around 5:30 for progress report, Anyway the gentleman rang me 3:45 to say problem fix and all go , so thank you
Worst wifi i have seen, please dont even bother, wifi cuts off every 2 seconds, and they dont answer calls to help fix your problem, absolute disgusting wifi
Terrible customer service and broadband consistency. Issues happening since joining in March 2023! Promise after promise with no results. FY5 area
Save yourself the frustration. I had their Internet installed beginning of November and their key selling point was "you won't have drops on signal because we run off out own server" or something along them lines. At first I thought i was just having first start up issues, but I tell you it has been none stop problems ever since. They will get back to you if you have issues... eventually. Customer service has been poor and unhelpful. Doesn't seem to be any urgency to help at all, each time I get in touch they say its either frequency issues or something else, which will be resolved within 24hrs and won't get any more complications after each time. I am currently sat here with no Internet at all, I'm using my mobile data to write this. Luckily I have a 6 month cooling off period to cancel. Oh and to top it off the receiver in the roof has fallen off! Clearly not a good install either!
Have internet from this firm, they are changing their name to Opus Broadband. Be aware they are appalling, the internet constantly cuts out, they will blame everything bar their systems/tech, customer support useless, they rarely answer their phones or instant chat, don’t take my word for it, try either. They tend to blame “masts” needing an engineer’s visit, not had internet for days, they don’t care, avoid them, or trust me, when something goes wrong, which it will, you will regret going with them. They told me engineers are busy working on my local mast, which is just around the corner, so I looked, and looked again no one there of course, maybe the loss of internet is a van driving past or a leaf fluttering off a nearby tree. Posting this on here as getting a response may be quicker than calling them on the phone. I wont hold my breath. They usually say we "will contact you in 24-48 hours", or "it will be back on at 6pm" if not “call us” you do and no one answers. Buy yourself a brick as you have more chance of it connecting you to the internet or responding to you than this shower. Maybe the imaginary "Mr Durrani" of whom other reviewers speak will appear like a caped crusader and do something.
do not go with this company they are scammers they are charging me 90 pound for a service i cant use i would not recomded to anyone they dont help and just want to charge more and more

Mr Durrani was really helpful today and solved my issue so quickly. Would recommend using the technical support line when needed.

Jan 29,2024Absolute terrible horrible company,avoid at all.costa,I made 3 payments on my account to the balance by accident against Dec 2023 Bill.I was £44 in credit,called them 29th Dec and asked for a refund for the overpayment,They said 3 working days,Nothing returned,called Jan they said 15 working days for refund,Nothing.Looked at my bill for Dec,The account credit was there but they charged the full credit amount as line rental,when it doesn't cost that much should be £3.50 a month line rental not £44,Sent a email to 6gi Complaints,Nothing back,called them today to Try sort this out,The guy who works there said he will put through to a manager in 48hours,I said the manager was ment to call me last time,He said it was not done properly.He Kept askin me what the complaint is about,He asked me 3 Times and I told him every time regarding complaint.I.asked to speak to somebody else,Told me to call back.The whole thing has been a nightmare,Customer service is shocking to say the least.They don't know what there Talking about with very little empathy.Dredfull company,Go else we're for your broadband
