May 28,2023I have been with 6g for a few months in this time I have had brilliant connection speeds I have the 300 packages. This week my internet went off I contacted them with the problem and within 24 hours they sent an engineer Dan he replaced the router and checked all the speeds in each room he was so helpful while Dan was here Omar rang to make sure all was well and said he would monitor the service and speeds over the next 3 days I have just had a courtesy call from him confirming all was well with the speeds, the last reading was 318 which is over the guaranteed speed, from my experience with 6ginternet I would not hesitate to recommend this company thank you so much.

Completed the job quickly and efficiently while maintaining a professional manner and even offered then fixed our broken stairway bannister! Thanks a lot to both Clayton and Nathan we appreciate it!

May 21,2023When it works its actually good, but when you're in an important call on skype or zoom, or bidding with the last minutes on eBay you can lose connection without any warning at all!! Then you will be checking your pc/phone to see if its that so you clear cookies, browsing history etc etc, then you restart the router etc etc, then you finally ring the company for them to say: "ohh we were doing a frequency change" It's Very very annoying and has happened about 30 times in my 18 month contract but i will be finishing my contract early and going back to virgin as virgin is just reliable from first hand experience, i left virgin because of the customer service on the phone but the internet is perfect and i hate being cut off with out notice and virgin actually "Gives" notice when they are doing any work on the lines. like i said 6G is good when it works but cuts off with zero notifications when you NEED the connection most.

May 19,2023I would like to really thank Kasim and Taylor for their help today they have been exceptional in fitting my broadband which I am super happy about with my broadband speeds compared to 5g to 119 which is superb definitely would recommend great service from them both and a great asset to the company

May 17,2023Horrendous, I'm a gamer. I also know alot about tech. This wifi has been the worst I've ever had, and I've gamed with 4g mobile hotspot hitting 7mbs/s and it's better than this. The wifi test lies! As I have tested the wifi on ookla (same as what they use) and at a rare occasion I'd reach 100mbs/s like intended. But once I try to download a game from steam or xbox I'd only reach 12mbs/s MAXIMUM, on average I'll be getting just short of 3mbs/s, worse than my mobile hotspot, not only that but they've already been out once to repair it and absolutely nothing has changed. Including enthernet cable directly next to the router. DO NOT JOIN THIS WIFI IT IS A HUGE SCAM FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW ALOT ABOUT THIS

May 04,2023Woke up again to no internet, used all my free mobile data on phone now due to 6g always being down, and getting charged a lot so I am now signing up to virgin, do not make the same mistake and sign up to 6g!!! Edited, getting sick of this company now, always receiving a text that they will be working on the network and i might he effected and i always am effected, right now internet been off for a hour and i cant print shipping labels for my staff so all stood around and 100’s parcels going to be going out late Installed a few weeks ago, signed up for 300mbps but getting a bit more than that, most been able to get previously is 15mbps with BT, all good so far just waiting for engineers to come back next Thursday and put mesh system in so reaches my outdoor office,
