May 12,2023Where do I start? If I could keep Tim and Matt at home here, I would. My machine was picked up on Wednesday Morning and returned today (Friday) all sorted and ready to go, top crankshaft had thread wrapped around it. The machine was connected and I noticed the bobbin cover plate missing. It had come off during transit, in the process it got broken. Frustration. Nothing for it, a phone call to Dr Tim. he talked me through the problem , sent me photos of what to do to make sure this was a fault, it was, and a new cover on it's way to me. I am one of those people who require instant gratification, so thought about the problem laterally until the new part arrives. My VQ2 has the same cover plate, so guess what I have done? Yes, substitute cover for the time being. Thank you Tim, for your help and advice. No wonder we talk about you, recommend you as a trusted dealer and the fantastic service you provide for all of us.
