Mar 19,2023Woodseats provide amazing help and support before and after purchase. They are patient and are always at the end of the phone to provide assistance. I bought my last embroidery machine from them and wish that I had gone to them from the start. I live an hour and a half away but it’s worth the journey for honest good old fashioned quality of service. Don’t hesitate if you are not local to them as they will provide a drop off and pick up service

Their customer service is excellent, be it over the phone or in person, nothing is too much trouble. My machines go there for servicing, and will never go anywhere else as I know they are being properly looked after. Their prices are excellent for machines and accessories so I have no qualms about highly recommending them. A lovely, family run business.

Never any hard sell and always honest advice-even if that means advising against buying a certain machine- Woodseats just want their customers to be happy with their purchases. The p/ex prices are the best too. Help is always available, on line or on the phone. Customer Service at its best! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Mar 16,2023It's not a recent experience but in 2021 I decided to upgrade my 800e for a V3 and rang Woodseats who immediately offered me a great deal arranged the finance and machine delivered within a week. Shortly after I had a bit of a problem machine went back and was fixed within days . All in all can't fault them for gr3at customer service
