Jun 02,2020"Awesome!" That is what my three year old grandson said when he first sat in his rocking chair with its new chair pad for the seat and chair back. The product was as advertised. The customer service was excellent and delivery was within only a few days. The fabric and overall quality was superb. aBaby will be my "Go To" store when I have future needs.

May 17,2020This company is a scam! Haven’t received item and nobody to contact! Do not order from them, they take your money!.... I already did contact you by email you gave an auto reply and called kept getting returned to main menu. Check ur Facebook reviews I’m not the first!

May 14,2020I have called and emailed after checking the status of which there was none on many occasions and as far as a response to my email, again none and can't contact anyone on the phone. I checked the status yesterday after the order still not received to find that a credit was issued; yet have not received a call an email or anything as to why. That is not the way to handle business. Why am I getting a credit, is it because the recliner is no longer available? I need to know something.

May 08,2020Got a really cool 30 year old pack and play but wasn't comfortable using it with the foam pad it came with for our baby to sleep on. Couldn't find a replacement mattress for it since it was so old. Found aBaby's site and ordered a custom fit mattress and it fits perfect! Our baby enjoys her time in there now!

May 02,2020The chair has several rips at the seems and doesn’t stay reclined back. The foot rest doesn’t stay all the way up and keeps falling halfway down. The material is cheap and looks like it won’t last a month. I wish that I could exchange it for cloth maybe that would be better but not sure it it will stay reclined. I wish I could return and get a refund but return policy charges 15% restocking fee plus I have to pay to have it shipped back. It’s a big box so I can only imagine how much more that will cost. It doesn’t seem fair to incur those additional expenses when the product was of poor quality not just because we didn’t like it. Very disappointed. Beware

I ordred these for my three granddaughters all under the age of 2 1/2 for easter and couldn't be more pleased, I know they are going to get many years of play with them. The quality is excellent. Took a long time to get them but worth the wait. But with everything going on with the covid 19 right now they still got them done and out within the 4 to 6 weeks it originally had said when ordered them thanks so much!!!

Apr 04,2020I was passing along to my daughter and newborn grandchild a cradle my great uncle made many years ago. Unfortunately the mattress and sheets were beyond use. aBaby came to the rescue and custom made a mattress and sheets that all fit perfectly in the cradle. The ordering process was simple, the new mattress and sheets arrived within the projected time, and the cost was reasonable. Thank you aBaby for your wonderful product. We have another generation sleeping in a cradle that has become a tradition in our family.

Mar 13,2020I ended up with 2 stools because I never received a confirmation from the first order. I ordered another stool because I didn’t think the order with through. I checked my spam email and there was nothing there. I talked with customer service but there was no response other than I have 2 stools. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Jun 03,2020I placed an order for a bassinet skirt. The website did not mention anything about shipping. Seller contacted me a few days later and asked me if I authorize shipment charges. I mentioned no a few times as it was not their website when I placed the order and it was their mistake. Seller mentioned in their response email that they are willing to make an exception as the order has come in already. Now they are saying they will not ship the item. The money has already been taken out of my account and now they are changing their words. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE (IT’S A SCAM). I will make a dispute through PayPal.
