Ordered a bassinet stand. Screws were missing from the box and they never mailed out a new set after say- ing they would via email... Sent several emails and called several times, and no answer. The worst experience. Will never order from them again.

Product itself was nice, but it took just under 4 weeks to ship. Once shipped I had to message support to get my tracking information

It is very nice. The color is a little too pink. From the photo on the website I was expecting a softer pink, which I would prefer. Other than that, it is great.

Mattress was a perfect fit. However, the cover already had a cut in it. For 100 dollars this should have not past quality control.

I had ordered an item for my great niece’s 1st birthday. The delivery date stated would have had the item there on time, but the email saying it had been shipped never came. I called customer service and was told that it would be an additional 2 weeks. Disappointing. I cancelled the order and got the same thing from Amazon in three days. My First and last experience with a baby.

The cradle is perfect. Easy to put together. Mattress is thin but I ordered the 2 inch and much better.

I ordered two bassinet sheets and the colors (navy and grey) were perfect but they were very stiff and they were so small I am no sure they would fit a doll bassinet. Would not recommend.

Mattress is correct size. However, it is covered in a plastic/rubber covering, which is NOT very good. Every time my granddaughter moves or turns in bed, it makes that swooshing sound. If it was just a mattress without that, it would be perfect. At first, I thought it was just a protective cover for shipping. But every side is sewn, there is no zipper to remove it
