Dec 10,2019Ordered "custom" size cradle mattress but it was a disaster--cheap materials, terrible workmanship, wrinkles, gaps, large clunky uneven seams. It didn't match the picture on the site. I asked to return it and was told it was "custom" so no returns. After pursuing this further, they agreed to take it back but I had to pay $13.00 in shipping costs. I also ordered a cradle sheet and they sent the wrong one. I emailed customer service and was told that the sheet sent was correct, but the packaging was wrong. Are you kidding me? Different UPC's, fabric etc. So again, I could return at my expense even though it was an obvious error on aBaby's part. The communication about these issues was slow and difficult. Won't buy from them again.

Nov 17,2019We're very happy with our mattress we bought for our grandson. Ordering was easy and delivery time was about right for the size of delivery. Most important: our grandson looks comfy on it.

Nov 12,2019My order is still open. I’ve paid, but nothing delivered yet. It’s been well over a month. I called, and only then did I speak with an apathetic millennial that told me, “Oh, that’s on backorder. Do you still want it?”. Even that call was weeks ago. No calls or emails updating my status since. Not a good experience. In fact, downright lousy.

Nov 04,2019Customer service was closed for 2 weeks after they told me my item was out of stock. When they came back service was quick but no shipping notification. Then when the twins arrived they were nothing like I anticipated. I could have bought something similar for a third of the price. Disappointed big time! Won’t buy again from this site. Tried a different company than I normally use and it was a big mistake.

Oct 05,2019The dolls were beautiful. However, when I ordered them, there was no mention of backorder or they were not available. The delivery time was unreasonable for anything in stock. This was a gift for my granddaughter's birthday and we purchased another set of dolls from a retail store instead. I will be returning them.
