May 09,2024Great effort on the process server's behalf; service was quick and completed before the due date. However, the Proof of Service was incorrect and it took some time ( a few days) to get a corrected copy signed back to our office. It was frustrating because we supplied a Proof of Service yet it was not used.

May 07,2024If there is an issue with how your proof of service was filled out, goodluck. It has been like talking to a wall trying to get my issue resolved. I needed the file stamped proof of service filled that was issued by the court with the summons and I have had to explain that to ABC over and over again. They just keep attaching the same proof of service that is NOT the file stamped version I need filled. Then when they did get back to me they attached the proof of service from a seperate order and I again had to explain over and over again this is for a different order/company listed on the summons.

May 06,2024Experience at ABC Legal is less than what was promised. There was troubles with servers not attending the property for their attempts. Another job was sitting in limbo for 2 weeks, and then was told it was never dispatched. We were also promised a discount based on our monthly volume to get us to sign up, then that discount was never applied and never honoured. Overall, was very disappointed with the experience at ABC Legal.
