easy to sign up a process server request, great web based page to check on status of case and quick service at a reasonable fair price.

I would not recommend using the service. We have an unresolved issue that has been pending for over a month. Even after expressing that we had a court deadline, they have not responded. We have used other services and they responded the next day and provided the information we needed. Our client's case is now delayed, due to nonresponse from ABC and we are now seeking court intervention.

until today, none of the 4 individuals who I paid for to have served have actually received the court documents takes to long to assign the case to a server not enough serious attempts to get the documents delivered and signed for

ABC Legal gave the server the wrong documents to serve. As a result the server delivered the wrong documents and had to re-serve. Then out of no where the server cancelled the requests and documents remain unserved.

The service was super easy to use and worth the price. They made multiple delivery attempts within days of receiving my paperwork. At the first delivery address, they were alerted by a neighboring office that the office I was attempting to serve had moved. They promptly passed this information on to me. I was then able to find a new delivery address and they successfully delivered the paperwork after two more attempts. This business has been incredibly hard to serve and ABC legal was the first to successfully make it happen!

I am disappointed with my recent use of ABC Legal. I choose to use ABC Legal for an out-of-state process server, as I had a great experience using them last year. Service was prompt and communication was plentiful. That was not the case this time. I was not notified that the first process server refused the job. This lead to the first attempt of my 'rush' service being 4 business days after the order was processed, rather than the 2 that is promised. This is a serious problem. I wish I hadn't relied on ABC Legal for this.

I was served a summons and various representatives "staked out" my house and shows up everyday after I have received the document. Whatever process your organization follows should be STOPPED. I get you have to do a job but why scare my household or the neighbors as if I'm being indicted for murder. GOING TOO FAR. ABC Legal needs a lawsuit against them.

On June 5, 2024 at about 9am, I placed an order for a process server to serve an order or protection. I paid the additional $65 for Rush Services (for a total of $150), which the website states would be attempted within two business days. The first attempt was made on Sunday, June 9, 2024 which was four (4) days from the date of services requested. The process server did not do his due diligence by attempting to serve the party between the hours requested. ABCLegal tried to tell me that with any specific hours to be served would be considered a stakeout service. I was not trying to have a process server "sit" at the house to watch and serve the party. I was informing them the best time to catch the party to be served. The process server also was told blatant lies about the party not residing at the residence and did not do his due diligence in confirming by "legal" ways to prove the residence and instead requested me, the requestor, to provide that proof. Per the constable, it is the process servers' duty to find that proof (House Deed, DMV, etc.) as that is the service I was paying for. After the first attempt, they closed my case and would not attempt to serve again. I tried to update the address to the same address and was charged an additional $150 (including the Rush Service). I did get a refund of the second charge but have requested a refund of the original first charge of $150 after this mess. In addition, when I called to discuss details, I was placed on hold for 7 minutes, my call was answered, and as I was just beginning to explain the situation, they interrupted me and placed me back on hold for an additional 8 minutes. I had to call back under a restricted number for them to answer my call. I would NOT recommend this company for anyone to have a party served. This was horrible service without any due diligence on their end. However, they did refund the original $150 I paid, so no money was lost in this process.

I hired a process server to serve an employee at a business (albiet a government entity) which is accessible to the public. After nearly 2 weeks of waiting (they quoted something like 5 business days) the process server said the resident at the address said service isn't allowed. Huh? Someone lives in this business? Seemed like a copy-paste to me. I requested a credit to serve a different address, since obviously they should have been aware that address was 'not servable, not allowed', as I am sure someone before has tried to serve someone at it. They denied my request and asked for another 100 dollars, oh and their response to me was like someone typed it as quickly as possible on something without spell check - riddled with typos. Oh, and as icing on the cake, their 'review collection' website is broken. Overall, they just seemed really unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend nor use them again.

Great experience. The online portal was a little challenging to navigate but customer support was amazing and it was overall a great experience.

It was simple to navigate the website to place an order for process. Service was also excellent as the papers were served in a timely manner. The only delay thus far is not receiving a signed Proof of Service as soon as the papers were served to able to file with the Court.

So many things. Can never get service. We have to follow-up with them to make sure service is out. Gave documents to ABC and documents were given to a process service 2-3 days after and then a few days later I saw that the server never attempted service yet. I had to make them aware of it. Gave them two summons and they mixed up the addresses (switched) Never had these problems with the last company.
