Jun 06,2024Botched the whole works up. They lost the original return of service from the server, did nothing for several weeks, now we're scrambling. Hearings are coming up, the lawyers are getting nervious, and we're still unsure as to when we're going to get a return of service to file. We may yet get one in time, otherwise this would be one star, but we're certainly not happy. I'll probably not use them again.

Jun 06,2024I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the services provided by ABC Legal Services. From the very beginning, my experience has been far from satisfactory. One of the most glaring issues is their lack of responsiveness. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, my messages often go unanswered, leaving me in the dark about the status of my cases. The sheriff service provided by ABC Legal Services is exceptionally slow, taking over a month to complete even the simplest tasks. This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant disruptions and delays in my legal proceedings. Furthermore, ABC Legal Services shows a complete lack of initiative when it comes to follow-up. They do not check in on the progress of cases unless explicitly asked to, forcing me to constantly chase them for updates. It feels as though I have to hold their hand every step of the way, which is both time-consuming and frustrating. I have wasted countless hours going through each account separately, trying to resolve issues with little to no success. The inefficiency and unprofessionalism displayed by ABC Legal Services are astounding. I expected a higher level of service and competence from a legal service provider. Overall, my experience with ABC Legal Services has been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and responsive legal assistance. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your legal needs.

The notifications of activity from receiving the documents and assigning a process server to the completion was phenomenal. I never once had to ask about the progress. The service was quick as well!
