Sep 19,2023I wasn't able to get azzulure just because it was for my husband. If it was under someone else name or address or any other dentist ordering for me it would be no problem at all. This does not prevent anything at all. I just followed the gdc guidelines of being a trustworthy person. I don't see why, when I am qualified and indemnified, cannot buy azzulure to do treatment on my husband. Very disappointing.
