Sep 23,2022I have recently ordered/ prescribed via Acre pharmacy, and was very pleased with the 5 star service that i received from Emma. I had to make several phone calls, as not very good with online ordering, but every time, she was patient, calm, and very professional. I would definitely use their pharmacy again as couldn't fault the service and support. THANKS EMMA!

Sep 01,2022I have used Acre pharmacy for around 2 years. Always an excellent service and the staff are very helpful! Products shipped efficiently without delay. Anytime I have called the pharmacy to check on stock or ask questions about products the staff are always very helpful. I recently attended a couple of training days with Acre pharmacy for both UTH dermal filler & Jalupro. Louise and the rest of team were friendly and helpful and the day was very well organised. I learnt alot and have recommended the training days to other practitioners. Would highly recommend!

Feb 23,2022Unprofessional service Sent my person documents numerous times, was told in January that all were present apart from my ID so I complained as they couldn’t tell me where my information had gone, but forwarded a new copy of ID anyway. I went to order a prescription today and guess what they lost everything yet again apart from the ID I sent in January Absolutely ridiculous apparently they need another copy of insurance, certificates ect I asked where the previous information I sent had gone and I have been advised it’s been deleted.

A warning to Aesthetic practitioners , if you want to keep your bussiness and stop cancelling your clients because your product has not been delivered then stay away from Acre Pharmacy . They destroy your bussinss but they won't give you any compensation etc . Stay away ...

Nov 26,2021The most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever dealt with in 3 different countries! Let away the delayed order, that they had some (concerns) about and no one informed me until I contacted them two days later.. An issue happens with Botox, we know that all of us do family and relatives botox and fillers, as it is not classed as Medicine actually, prescribing under aesthetic purposes does not really come under Relative prescription law; and if it does, that pharmacy should have one rule for all. But accepting it before, and refusing it at some other time is very unprofessional, and blaming the poor previous pharmacist as it's their fault and it's not the pharmacy fault, explores how much professional that pharmacy is, and how much they care and look after their employees, or ex employees.. NEVER AGAIN

Oct 07,2021Ordered a product for a client next day delievey and two days later product hadn’t arrived. Rang customer services to be spoken rudely stating they had tried to contact me regarding a problem with the subscription. I had no evidence of a missed call. Asked if they had the right number and was told I was rude and passed onto the manager. Manager was very rude going round in circles. I’m not a Karen but by this point was quite rightly frustrated. Call was ended then got a call back three mins later to confirm what I had already stated about prescription? Very incompetent.

Aug 13,2021The temperture sensitive medication that cost more than £200 was not delivered when it was supposed to. It showed up in melted packaging the next day. Then they tried to bully me into using it claiming it would be safe to use. No apology, and no explanation why it wasn't delivered on the day as scheduled. No offer of a replacement.
