I recently had a frustrating experience with Acre Pharmacy while trying to prescribe medications for two of my patients. The online prescribing system was extremely convoluted and not user-friendly, making it difficult to navigate, especially on a busy workday. It took far longer than expected to figure out how the system worked, which added unnecessary stress to my day. However, I must commend their customer service team, who were very helpful and responsive. In the end, they stepped in and finalised the draft prescriptions from their end, resolving the issue efficiently.

All staff are so polite and helpful when you call the pharmacy and have your order out to you within 24 hour, you order also comes well packed! I would definitely recommend!
