Jul 31,2024The Agent having taken my money and measured me for a new chair having said my old one was the wrong size said he would b back within 24-48 hours to check all was well. I haven't seen him yet and now after my son was on the case he is on holiday 4 2 weeks. What sort of service is that? The date may not b correct. I'm chair bound and can't reach my folder at the moment

Jul 26,2024The bed is fantastic however I'm not happy that you are still advertising free headboards and free removal of old bed, which you were advertising when I ordered mine. I was not given an option on the headboard and was quoted £165 for removal of old bed, also was promised a discount card and that has never arrived. Not good service for the amount of money I spent. But I cannot fault the comfort. Ordered 27.05.24 Delivered 24.06.24.

Jul 25,2024delighted with our new bed, we bought the ottoman version with twin mattresses. It is incredibly comfortable. The process of buying, delivery and set up was seamless. Weve had the bed for around a month now, no problems, no issues and I recommend.

Jul 25,2024Keiron spent time explaining the benefits of the chair etc. at no time did I feel pressurised to buy it. It wasn’t until I had made my choice that he mentioned cost and I discovered I hadn’t chosen the most expensive! My friend was also interested in the benefits of the cyclo-therapy as her son in law suffers from sickle cell disease and currently has a leg ulcer. The 2 men that brought it and put it together were also very pleasant. They arrived during the time frame given.

Jul 24,2024Very pleased with the purchase of the bed for my wife, suffering chronic pain with myeloma cancer tumour pressing on sciatic nerve. She has not been able to sit down for 8 months plus, but the 'hospital' bed has made life much more comfortable. Unfortunately my attempts to make a second purchase of a recliner chair from Adjustamatic just 3 weeks later where impossible and extremely unsatisfactory. hence 2 stars overall

Jul 22,2024I find myself here to sing the praises of a chap called Lee from adjustamatic, who took his time to explain how there beds had changed and what was better about them, he was so helpful. I spend 90% of my days in bed from disability and had one of their older beds that I swear has saved my life over the years due to the unique cyclone technology on the beds. I swear by it the massager runs on my bed all day helping to ward off bed sores, it’s also become a comfort thing and will often wake up when the massager has run for 60min and I run it again to sleep, it also helps with body fatigue. The only thing I wish is that you had a longer time setting for the massager. My new bed has even got under bed lighting to help if you get out in the night. Once I had picked my unique size of bed, Lee went through everything and I could not be happier, ask for Lee if you want a friendly none pushy helpful rep that will do whatever it takes to make your bed unique. I can’t wait for delivery, they are even going to move my old bed to the back room for my carer before they erected the new one. I just can’t fault him we had a good laugh as well three hour went by and it felt like 10 minutes! Thanks Lee for making it a great experience and making sure I had the right mattress etc.☺️ from a very happy customer 😃 Ajustamatic provide beds for the NHS And the cyclone technology has been proven to help with bed sores, I went with the Goldilocks mattress as it has a cool touch and dissipates weight throughout the mattress help to keep the sore parts of your body. I am a customer I am waiting for my driving license to be replaced so I can go through verification I have my bed order number too, hope this helps others that are in my situation 😊

Jul 21,2024I bought my first adjustamatic bed in 1993 and have only now had to replace it. I think that speaks volumes as to the quality of the product and the after sales service and care that comes with purchasing from this Company. I cannot speak too highly of their Sales Representative or the gentlemen who delivered and set up my bed. I couldn't be happier with my new bed, it is every bit as comfortable as I expected it to be. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company.
