Jul 05,2024Update from my post of 26th June- having rang with my original request for my chair to be looked at as I got trapped in it when fully reclined and the remote control wouldn’t work and I had to be rescued, I was shocked to be told it would be 2 weeks before anyone was available to look at it! I waited a week and rang back for an update and told 15th July (3 weeks from 1st contact) !! I informed them that my husband has a hernia op on the 10th and really needs the chair for his recovery, all I got was sorry there’s nothing I can do!! I’ve had the chair less than a year so lots of guarantee left. The chair is stuck ( too heavy to move) in middle of the room and we have to struggle to get round it. Salespeople and delivery 1st class- after care- zero. Oh, and after my original post someone from the company said they’d tried to get in touch with me— they hadn’t !!

Jun 28,2024Found Adjustamatic company to be very helpful and loved the long guarantee on your chair and promised to collect my old chair the next day which they did. Only problem was when they removed my old chair scraped paintwork on doorframe.

Jun 28,2024The delivery people were very professional and helpful. They took as long as they needed without rushing the job though it was a very long day for them and had another booking still. Felt they cared to provide great service. They left a top great impression. They really deserve a reward.

Jun 27,2024From the very start all staff I spoke to were very helpful and pleasant. Delivery was excellent and the delivery men were pleasant and couldn't help me enough.. The sofa and blenheim chair are great and especially with the massager installed. Aftercare were very helpful, I would definitely use this company again. I know it wasn't cheap but I think that you get quality and a very polite and prompt aftercare service. Steve

Jun 27,2024The delivery was smooth and professional and they took great care in explaining everything to me. I was buying the ottoman bed so both control were shown. Even a tip for raising the bed height to change the sheets was so very useful! The only thing I found out was a problem was at no point was my bed raising handle discussed either by myself because I forgot or the agent who didn’t bring it up. The delivery people could not under their insurance fit my own back on the bed. It was the wrong design anyway.

Jun 27,2024My chair was delivered and installed by two lovely men . They explained everything to me I needed to know . My one regret is that there was no additional head cushion as advertised and as was on the shop display chair at dobbies chesterfield. I spoke to a lady at the delivery place and have been assured they will supply missing head rest as I feel the chair doesn’t give the full support I was looking for .

Jun 27,2024I’ve had my chair a year and although it was very expensive I did have 3 massage motors to help with my acute osteoarthritis (it hasn’t helped).I recently got trapped in my chair as I’d been fully reclined but on trying to get up and out of it I found the remote control wasn’t responding!!! Had to call for help and after a struggle my sons were able to tip the footrest down and help me out with some difficulty. Next morning I rang customer service and long story short was told it would be 2 weeks!! Now I have a huge chair, fully reclined in the middle of my tiny lounge which I can neither use nor able to get around it. It seems when they’ve had your money (almost £5k) they don’t want to know. Customer service should be renamed Customer Non service. I live alone, if I didn’t have my sons to call on I’d still be in the darned chair! Shocking treatment.

Jun 19,2024Costly, not sure I made wise purchase. Felt company was more for money than client satisfaction. They just came around to service my old bed and was told that I needed a new one. I wasn't given much time to consider my purchase. With hindsight I should've asked more questions. The guys delivering and setting up were great.

Jun 19,2024the delevery men did a great job bringing the chair up 15 steep steps and placing in front room.The salesman came and gave a long session on tne operational use of the chaiir. we were amazed at some of the results of some of the settings.AS we are both in our nineties and my wife is very partially sighted we need a little help to remind us of the benefits.OTHER THAN THE CHAIR IS EXCELLENT

Jun 14,2024Steven the rep who came was nice, polite, informative and cheerful. let me decide on the style of bed no pressure we got on well, Guys who del the bed were very helpful and explained everything about the bed controls, chose the one with storage underneath.
