The people I dealt with were kind and friendly not pushy and they were down to earth.
Salesman very polite, not pushy trying for sale, knew about product. Phone call saying order ready, despatch called to arrange delivery very good sorting delivery to suit me. Order arrived on time and was assembled where i said took in all 1 hour packing taken away. The whole experiance was smooth everything done that was told would happen.

The mattress width is not as ordered. It is 1-2 inches narrower than the bed which is a little difficult.
Awful company! Spent £12,000 on 2 single beds and had nothing but problems since day one anytime I try to call to fix the problem after paying for a years extra warranty it takes forever for someone to come out and when they do they don’t come with the right parts so can’t fix the bed this is a ongoing issue that has not been solved the beds been broken for over 6 months and no one is able to fix it cause there not being sent with the right part! I don’t understand why we’re paying for extra warranty when nothing is getting sorted!
Paid over 8k for a top of the range bed. It developed a fault on one side on Saturday 6th July. The affected side won’t lay down and is stuck in the highest setting resulting in the bed not being able to use. I reported the fault on Monday morning 8th July. I was told by a gentleman in after sales that he would he would speak to the engineer and call me back. No one called. Today Monday 15thJuly ( a week on) I called to see what was happening. I was told the person I spoke to was in a meeting and he would call me back. I told the lady if I didn’t receive that call back today then Adjustamatic Beds can come and collect the bed and refund my money. I followed up with an email to say if the fault on this 4 week old bed is not fixed by the close of business on Wednesday 17th July then they can come and collect the bed and refund my money. I’m really disappointed that a company whose customers are predominantly either elderly, ill or disabled can be so rubbish with their after sales service. LATEST I’ve just received a phone call from Adjustamatic to advise they have booked the engineer to attend on Thursday morning between 8 and 9am. Let’s hope they attend! UPDATE The engineer arrived at 8.45 today. The bed was factory reset and it now works. Why don’t Adjustamatic build something in that is accessible for the customer to be able to do? It would stop all this time delay and bad feeling. CONCLUSION Having now used the bed that is fully functioning for several days we have concluded that these beds are over rated and definitely over priced. Just under 9k we paid and feel we have been ripped off by this company. Never even received an apology from them for their shoddy customer service. I would avoid this company and use one of the alternatives who are a lot cheaper!

They were very kind, polite and very helpful. No push sales tax tics but let her try different brands of beds and explained in detail how the bed works and she understood everything they said to her
Delivery was great but I don’t like the product wish I hadn’t got it rep was ok
From initial contact everyone was helpful and listened to what I needed. They selected to send out a medical professional rather than a sales person to outline the benefits of the bed and how it would meet my needs. He was happy to return after I had considered alternatives to provide more information. Once I had selected what I wanted it was all plain sailing with contact as I requested - not bombarded and the bed was delivered as promised and full information provided on how to use the bed's features.

Jul 20,2024I would not recommend this company at all I paid £3200 for electric bed with in weeks they had to come out and fix it and now it’s worse than ever. I’m a very sick old lady had a stroke and bad heart and tia seizures. And I’m having to sleep on me sofa. They want to send someone out to fix again but I just want them to take bed away. As the stress of it all not helping my health. And they just don’t understand how this effects an older persons health. All they care about is there reputation but the actual customer.
