The service from all the staff at Aerial routes are always friendly and helpful, however I will always ask to speak with Mandy, as she was the first person i spoke to when I made my first booking, and she has always delivered great customer service, and been very helpful in finding me the best suited holiday prices. For this I will always book my flights with Aerial routes. Thank you for your fast efficient service Mandy.
