Oct 13,2019The initial phone call and booking we found to be very helpful and a great service. However, we then had to wait a full week to receive our tickets, and only then after we had called and e-mailed. An e-mail telling us they had received ours saying all was ok with the details they had, would have been nice. We would not then have had a week of waiting and worrying what was going on. Overall the service was good and we would probably use them again.

Was really desperate to get a flight to atlanta from Heathrow in July and after getting bombarded with the £1k + fare quotations from almost all the major travel agents, I stopped by Mandys aerial route. Amazing customer service. She did everything in her power to assist me with my ticket and it was almost at half the cost. Thank you Mandy. Will definitely have more business in the coming days.
