Nov 25,2019Contacted Aerial Routes having seen their reviews and having spent hours on the internet trying to find a decently priced flight from a reputable company without success. I spoke to Stanley and within minutes, he came back to me with a better priced flight than I could find on the internet with the outward leg even being direct, something I'd dismissed because that would have made the ticket unaffordable for me via any of the websites. He was so helpful, explaining everything and double checking all details to make sure I was happy .... which I am! In future, I'll be saving myself hours of mind numbing internet surfing by using Aerial Routes as my first and last way of booking flights.

Nov 07,2019I have booked a holiday to West Africa through Arielroutes. My travel agent 'Mandy' provided good service, she was very helpful and patient with my many flight requests and queries. Mandy was also able to get me a really good deal on my flight, which I am very pleased about. My score is definitely worthy of 4-stars, 5-stars would be saying my experience was overly fantastic and that would be slighty exaggerated. My only one thing is that on a few occasions I had to chase for an update (granted Mandy was also waiting for various information from her end to get back to me) and I had to request for my travel documents to to be sent to me. Overall a very good experience, I would book again with this travel agent and would recommend Mandy as a suitable travel contact.
