Oct 03,2024Nothing. It just hasn’t arrived yet. And when I ordered it said it would be here by Thursday at the latest. That’s why I ordered it. It is needed tomorrow. Let’s hope it comes today. I take all that back and give 5 stars. The case arrived today and it is really good.

Oct 02,2024I have yet to use the case but it seems pretty decent although we shall see. Much cheaper and equally as robust as the camera case which this will become a substitute for. The zips are always the achilles heel for me with bags being perfectly useable were it not for the zips failing. Fingers crossed for Aerolite zips.

Oct 02,2024Delivery not as promised. Paid extra for next day delivery. Ordered on the saturday. Not expected till the following Thursday ! Needed it on that day for travel. Would have shopped elsewhere if I knew what would actually happen.

Oct 01,2024Bought a large hard shell checking case, lasted two trips, dented on the first which had to push out from the top corner. The second trip the case was completely destroyed and just about made it to my destination. Had to buy a replacement to get my luggage back. Don’t recommend

Oct 01,2024Item is looks good, so I hope it will last. Unfortunately my parcel were left in heavy rain and box was broken. So I guess forts test were passed even though it isn't the way you expect to receive your order..

Sep 28,2024Well thought out bit of kit, with very useful packaging options and large capacity with useable space even in between the rails that store the telescopic handle. The external shell can take quite a bit of punishment and still stay in the same shape. The wheels are sturdy and can be used, using 2 wheel conventional old style method or using all 4 wheels to glide along the pavement.

Sep 15,2024Ordered the white/brown set of three (21”, 25” & 29”) suitcases and, judging by the single box that arrived, it was obvious that they must have been packed like Russian dolls. We took the large suitcase from the box and, sure enough, the next size down was inside. We opened that, but it was empty. The customer service number didn’t work so I filled out an online form to say the smaller cabin trolley suitcase was missing. Sami answered, asked me to confirm I hadn’t received it, apologised and said it will be dispatched that day. The following day, it arrived and we have a beautiful set of retro looking luggage. At the prices charge, it would be no heartache having to replace any damaged during journeys.
