Oct 25,2024After 17 months the hard case broke and the wheel came away around the join in the hard case. I contacted the support team and asked what the warranty covered, they said "it covers the hard case". I showed them pictures of my case and they said because it was "due to wear and tear" it was not covered. If not this...not sure what the 5 year warranty covers then?

Oct 25,2024NO GO Zwei Bestellungen innerhalb eines Monats liefen völlig schief. Beides sandte ich auf eigene Kosten zurück, an die Adresse, die mir genannt wurde. Ein Artikel kam als "unzustellbar - Anschrift unbekannt" an mich zurück, der andere wurde angenommen. (Ein Teil des Geldes kam heute, 4 Wochen später, nachdem ich diese Bewertung schrieb.) Der Kontakt zum Service ist nicht zufriedenstellend, meine Anfragen werden nicht konkret beantwortet. So viel Stress - es lohnt nicht.

Oct 18,2024Great bag and ideal for Easyjet carry on. I was asked to put it in the measurement slot and it fitted fine. I did have an issue when the bag arrived, but it was promptly sorted by Imogen. Would definitely buy from this company direct rather than through Amazon.

Nov 04,2024My Easyjet bag has a stupid little thing on the front. You go to the trouble of putting two buckles to two straps but not the third. What the hell they are adjusting is beyond me? The extra work sewing three webbing straps into the stitching process is a lot of work for what, the stupid non removable “bag thingy” will not take a modern phone, wallet or glasses case. I have cut this off & will be doing the same to my Ryanair bag I also bought from you. Suggestion for a grumpy old retired Quality Engineer. Get rid of it or at least put a third buckle on it so it can be removed. As a standard looking quick release buckle, many other items could be attached, at the moment your little thingy would be dangling down from the bottom strap, looking even more stupid. I rest my case, Rest of bag is good that’s why I’ve bought two. The grumpiest old retired Quality Engineer.
