Oct 10,2024I purchased a MiniMax bag from this company and was really pleased with it. However, I discovered a slight issue with the handle not locking correctly. I emailed their customer service to advise them and they responded immediately asking for confirmation of O/no, PO number inside the bag, photos and a video of the problem. I emailed this information to them and again received an immediate response advising they would be despatching a replacement today. They say you can gauge the ethics of a business by how they handle their complaints and I can certainly say that Aerolite have exceeded my expectations with their excellent customer service. Very happy to recommend their product and their service.

Oct 10,2024We have several Aerolite cases and have always been impressed with their appearance and functionality. Unfortunely, a fault developed in one of the cases, but Imogen from Aerolite Support resolved the issue extremely efficiently - there was no issue replacing the case under warranty. Highly recommend Aerolite!
