Sep 04,2024I bought the Aerolite MiniMax in pink as I needed a cabin bag with very specific dimensions (Qatar Airways). Ordering was straightforward but the information provided about delivery wasn’t so good. I contacted Customer Services via email and was advised that they couldn’t find my order. There is a phone number but it’s never answered as I tried several different times and it’s the same message, “We can’t answer the phone”. I left a message but never got a call back. The email did get a response eventually and within 10 minutes of them finally locating my order I got a tracking number. EVRI delivered it within two days of me getting the tracking number, so within the 2-4 business days. The bag itself is a little bit flimsy and I suspect it won’t hold anything too heavy (and possibly not the 15k allowance) but it’s a handy thing to have a small bag with wheels so I don’t have to carry stuff on my back. If you’re travelling light and don’t have too much to put into it, I think it will be fine but I doubt it would last well if you packed it fully as a proper carry on to avoid hold luggage charges. Having said that, it’s perfect for my needs, hence the 4 stars.

Sep 04,2024Fast delivery. Quality for price seems fine. However, postage for returns is not covered by Aerolite. This is legal, however - in my personal perception and experience - an uncommon habbit. Hence, for me this was not expected.
