Sep 02,2024Bought case for BA size. Ok as hand luggage used once but after checking in the case for the first time it came back with a cracked corner. Seems very brittle and not as robust as my other cases. The warranty on the website basically allows them to get out of any damage.

Aug 21,2024We purchased 2x large suit cases last year and was happy with product they do look stylish in my opinion. Unfortunately one of them had a fault after returning from the last holiday so I raised a support case. I was fully expecting to be fobbed off as we tend to be these days unfortunately, but Aerolite came good and sent me out a new suitcase which came within 1 day. Good customer service should be rewarded hence I am here to give a 5 star review.

Aug 15,2024Beautiful well made cabin bag with all the pockets and space I will need for my long-haul trip. I'm 6ft and handle is plenty long enough. Whole bag is sturdy and easy to pull. Cheaper than a well known online retailer by buying direct too.

Sep 02,2024I ordered this cabin trolley, but the handle is so flimsy that it feels like it could break off before even reaching the aircraft. I emailed them to explain the issue, but they requested a photograph. How am I supposed to capture flimsiness in a photo? To make matters worse, I have to cover the return shipping costs, even though this is clearly a manufacturing defect. I will never buy luggage from them again and will be advising my family and friends to avoid this brand as well.
