Jul 14,2024This is a fab case in combination with the under seat bag. Perfect size for Ryanair bag sizer. I tried it but paid extra for 10k hold luggage. It’s frustrating when you see how large some fellow passengers on board cases are but if you’re the least bit worried about extra charges choose this one. It’s large enough for a week’s clothing if you’re prepared to wash out your smalls and be ruthless about extras. I managed to get in all my over 100ml toiletries (I take a lot) a large hairdryer and enough clothing for 7 days. Pack your heavy items, shoes, handbag, book and miscellaneous items in the hold-all. I managed to take a drink (free water for my own bottle) and salad and fruit for the flight too. Admittedly, the case took some pounding with the large cases. It may be a bit scuffed but was robust and is now my go to for a week or less. The two bags are a perfect combination

Jul 12,2024Love it BUT 1st trip the handle snapped off on one of the underseat bags. On the other bag that attaches to the top of the case the elastic strap snapped had to use shoulder strap, thank goodness I had packed them. Hopefully customer service will be good I have to provide purchase & photos which is understandable…watch this space lol I think the back of the under-seat bags for the top of the cases needs to be thicker and stronger

Jul 12,2024Your product is very good. However it did not arrive on time which was very disappointing as it was to be used for a Ryan Air flight. Alternatively arrangements had to be made. I contacted your delivery company but they were not a great help.. My daughter informed they arrived the next which was too late as we were on holiday.

Jul 08,2024Bought this for a short holiday as didn't fancy paying £100 to put a small suitcase in the airplane locker (one which used to be allowed on Easyjet planes before they started getting funny about the size of carry on bag you could take on the plane with you). Haven't used it yet but it seems to be of decent quality.

Jul 06,2024Sent wrong colour to the actual order. Didn’t have enough time to reorder as travelling. Do not respond to emails or phone calls. Only option is to return n they refund and then reorder which I don’t have the time for as going away( as written on website). I’m a guy how can I carry a shocking pink backpack when I ordered grey.

Jul 05,2024My order 128995 arrived with one case dented and cracked, I notified the Evri driver who took a photo, when I opened the item and found it damaged I took a photo and immediately tried to call the customer services number to date I've tried 29 times over two days but keeps going to a recorded message and cuts off!!! I have sent three emails and two only contact requests but still no one has bothered to respond. Great initial service but if anything is wrong don't even bother as they are not interested in customer service and why should they as they already have your money.
