Aug 02,2024This suitcase was delivered quickly and was well packaged. It is light and one of the few I found which was exactly the dimensions required for Ryan air Priority. The outside finish makes me think it won’t scratch and four wheels make manoeuvres easy. There are a few downsides, hence the four stars. The handle does appear a little flimsy, despite the website stating a bag can be slid onto it. Furthermore the case has only a handle on the top, not on the side too. I look forward to using this!

Aug 02,2024My case has never been delivered. Had notification of expected delivery for pm drop. Was in. No delivery. Was advised that nobody was in, photo of a misty blank which certainly was not our door. Advised aerolite and had acknowledgement but since then nothing. Phone number never answered, emails not replied to. Are they still in business

Jul 30,2024I received my order but one of the zip puller is broken. I emailed two days ago where I submitted some photos. I haven't heard anything from them since. No-one is answering the phone… awful customer service.

Jul 29,2024Medium hard shell case cracked on 3rd outing, purchased 15 month ago. Arrived on the baggage carousel on holiday with a large crack above the wheel, have binned the case as it is unusable. Contacted customer service but have been advised the warranty isn’t valid as it is classed as 3rd party mishandling. Not quite the durability they pride themselves on, suitcases get thrown around by all airlines. My other suitcase is 17 years old and still in good order. This case wasn’t cheap, but I will purchase better quality next time.

Jul 26,2024I received the wrong order. I ordered a 4-wheel cabin case and they sent me a 2-wheel one. I initially heard back from their customer service team yesterday, when I sent an email making the complaint. They asked me to send some photos, which I did. I haven't heard anything from them today and need my case asap as I'm travelling on Tuesday. No-one is answering the phone.
