Feb 02,2025Promised next day delivery if I paid and ordered by a certain cutoff time. Did that by 2 hours to spare but thought I would check. Glad I did as we wouldn’t have received it in time. They said 3 days!

Feb 01,2025Order recieved quickly after easy ordering oline. I was kept informed of progress , status of the order and delivery. The parcel when recieved was well packaged and intact. The 2 cases recieved, plenty of storage with straps, lovely colour and well built. Large 29" suitcase case has barrel lock included inside but not intergrated as per the cabin case which is stated in the discription. The cabin case ideal for TUI as a lot where too large. Cannot comment on how robust they will be as not used as yet. Well done.

Jan 20,2025Quick easy purchase but despite having had to correct my address which I had written correctly on the order form, but Aerolite had written incorrectly on the waybill, the Courier then failed to deliver. Every day I had a message from Yodel 'we missed you' when I was in fact at the address (a business Address) apart from one day (a saturday) The site security had seen one possible delivery vehicle on one day, buit the driver refused to sign in and drove off. I was given a refund quickly enough, but not impressed with the service

Jan 20,2025Agree with other reviews. The phoneline goes straight to voicemail and then cuts off. I have bought several of the cases and I like them because they’re light and wheel well BUT they offer a 5 year warranty and the cases do fail. I sent an email They replied to my email in a timely manner asking for photos and then sent me a new suitcase. 👍

Jan 20,2025Yet another failed delivery by Yodel. Waited a week then tracking showed that the shipment was lost. Same experience as other reviewers with telephone support - there is none. Message says nobody available to take a call then cuts off before you can leave a message.

Jan 10,2025I bought this flight bag for an upcoming trip to Belfast. Although I haven't tried it out yet I can tell that it is going to be brilliant. It is spacious inside with more than enough room for a couple of days clothes and has one pocket on the outside, where you can put your documents and phone. The material used to make the flight bag seems very strong and looks to be well stitched. You can carry the bag two ways, by grab handles situated on the top of the bag or over your shoulder with the adjustable shoulder straps. This flight bag also comes with a tiny lock and keys so you can secure your luggage. I managed to get this bag in the January sale and it was only a tenner so it is exceptional value. Another great bonus is that the delivery was free and it arrived very quick. All in all a positive shopping experience with Aerolite. highly recommend.
