Dec 01,2024The product itself was fine (probably 4or 5 stars . The delivery by DPD was atrocious. I received a text to say it had been delivered which was strange as I was in and nobody had knocked at my door. I had to chase around locating package myself which despite the correct address being on it was delivered to a house in my road about 8 houses away (not even a next door neighbour) . No explanation given. DPD didn’t seem bothered and in fact declined to call the driver to find out where it was delivered to when I complained , I merely was given a description of a front door and had to figure it out myself but if I was Aerolite I’d be concerned how many of my packages go missing with such abysmal delivery standards. To add insult to injury I paid extra for this service !!!

After one trip the plastic shell cracked and then when I tried to chat with them, I was brutally stopped and forwarded too many times to a different person to hear “The warranty does not cover this”. Later on my complaint they also change the description of the item on the website.

Nov 29,2024Ordered a easyJet bag to go on holiday received it to find out the usb ports that’s on the bag doesn’t work atal even with differnt battery packs. Tried calling the number on website 120 times within 3 hours and not once did they pick up also sent 8 emails and not one reply

Nov 18,2024I bought the vintage collection looks great but 1 flight and wheel came off as did the corner cap. Cannot be used and aerolite say sorry 3rd party damage not covered by product warranty. This was bought to use on plane journeys but not covered to use on a plane. Ridiculous and terrible customer service do not buy

Nov 14,2024No issues air France Quick delivery & good value, has been put in the hold of the plane, and no damage 👍, easy to steer around & so far no damage to the wheels when used for a short while on pavement in Paris. Easy to carry too.
