Dec 08,2024Delivery is good. But items itself is kinda bit small to what I've seen on your picture. Not room enough the moment you put laptop inside, that's the design flow, and don't have extension bit like other traveling bag. But bag look good I just hope the zipper will last as I'm really pushing all my stuffs to fit everything. If you planning to put laptop in it don't buy this bag.

Dec 06,2024AVOID AT ALL COSTS POORLY MADE SUITCASES. I USED IT TWICE AND IT BROKE!!! UNFORTUNATELY I HAD A BEREAVEMENT NOT LONG AFTER IT BROKE AND GOT IN TOUCH A FEW WEEKS LATER BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSED TO HELP. VERY POOR SERVICE THEY DIDN’T EVEN ATTEMPT TO DO ANYTHING, EVEN THOUGH THEY RECOGNISED THERE WAS A FAULT. GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES THEY COULDN’T CARE LESS AND WERE NOT SYMPATHETIC AT ALL. POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE. AVOID. BUY IT LUGGAGE.

Dec 03,2024Great bag but so many attachment options I’d need an instruction manual! I will probably figure it out in time but seriously some guidance would save me a lot of trial and error. I also agree with the other reviewer who said it is heavy for carrying and really not a big enough area left for putting stuff inside

Dec 03,2024Suitcase fairly poor quality. The zips stick and the retractable handle is extremely difficult to put away. I don’t believe it ever costs the original price.
