Jan 08,2025Yodel strikes again and Aerolite don’t like answering phones - usual hide and seek nonsense with Yodel - no product received -Aerolite phone line doesn’t work - I fly Sunday - ordered days and days ago no case - no way of contacting - reviews look ok but honestly why do we have to go through this when we pay for the privilege! It is truly puke inducing a refund has now been issued I tracked a different phone number ! Am sure all will work out however I won’t order knowing Yodel are their carrier .

When choosing which ones from the website it was a bit confusing as three different deleted cases all looked the same by dimension,storage, looks. I contacted the company and the response I received was a waste of time all I got back was one can hold 32kg but reading the description both held the same. I decided to purchase what looked like the best deal.

Jan 09,2025Bought as a present for my daughter. She was very pleased with the suitcase. Looks good, arrived quickly & well packaged. Smooth movement with 8 wheels. Like the built in lock. Hasn’t been used yet for travel, so time will tell if robust.
